Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@banabey.com with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind once the item has been opened and used. If the item is unused and in original packaging, contact us within 2 of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
